March of Dimes Supportive Pregnancy Care

March of Dimes Supportive Pregnancy Care (SPC) is a new model of group prenatal care. SPC is a cost-efficient and sustainable model that supplements traditional medical care with a focus on social support, health education and skill-building in a group setting with a team of clinicians.
